Dr. Bob and Dr. Chitra both genuine caring doctors.
Unfortunately the receptionist has made it extremely difficult to make bookings here. It’s at the point that I am now looking into finding a new Dr. It’s a real shame as I like Dr. Chitra and have been coming here for 2 decades….
Dr. Bob and Dr.Chitra are both incredible doctors. I’ve been seeing doctor Chitra for 20 years now and never leave without a smile on my face. The receptionist at the clinic is not a reflection of the wonderful doctors. She is rude, mumbled things under her breath that i cannot understand and is not as welcoming as passed receptionists. If you want to feel comfortable and confident with your medical needs lum road medical clinic is the place to go.
