When I was trying to book for an appointment, the receptionist was asking for my credit card details over the.phone as she said I will be charged if I do not show up for my appointment. I am not comfortable giving out my credit card details over the one to any person, Lulu's management should be aware that credit card details is a very confidential information and properties and should not casually ask over the phone!!!! 👎👎👎👎👎
