Left soap all over my truck. Gave free wash but had attitude about it. I wouldn't spend 27$ here at all in any way whatever!!!
Have used Lulus for two years. Never a problem. Carscare always clean and shiny.
The woman at the entrance was super professional and courteous in handling our needs! We honestly hadn’t washed our interior in a while but the vacuums and free towels had everything spotless within 10 minutes. I’ve also never seen a car wash with a rug beater or free washer fluid! Definitely coming back, thanks guys.
Convenient and worth the monthly subscription for unlimited car washes Staff is always friendly and helpful. NEW management and I love the change!
The carwash is great. But the person at the entrance was very rude and acted as if they didn't want to assist me with starting my membership. They initially ignored me when I drove up, I had to call them over for assistance. I ordinarily would not return because of bad customer service, but the guy that helped me the first time that I was there was very friendly and helpful.
