Let me start by saying I wouldn't even rate them a 1 star if I could. This restaurant has the worst service it took 20 minutes for someone to acknowledge our table. Staff and even our waitresses walked by our table several times and never once even said good morning nor offered to at least bring water. We had chosen to eat there because our 7 year old son had wanted to start his birthday off with one of the cinnamon rolls they are known for. I hear so many great things about this place. I don't see why. It's crowded during lunch. It seems greasy and cramped. Food was average. Prices average. Service was forgettable. I'm in no hurry to go back.

Never in my whole life when i have gone out to eat did i ever have a roach come out.I reached for the sugarcatty and a little roach came out.I got off my seat when and told the manger and she apologized and i left while they continued to serve food. This place should be shut down and health inspectors need to investigate.

I have heard great things about this place and have eaten here before a long time ago but this place was horrible! It was filthy Bugs crawling on the floor! Their menu states they serve breakfast at 9 pm and my picky eater wanted breakfast and they weren't "ready " at 10 pm the third time we tried to order her something. Our blt had maybe 1/4 tsp of mayo This place was a huge disappointment and we will not return or recommend it to others!

I heard about this place so I had to go and try it out,..the food was great and yes I took there famous cinnamon roll also. The waitress was nice, I never ask for a name but his time I did, her name was Sonia and she did a great job. yes I would or should I say be returning....

I love this place. The chicken fried steaks are the best !!! I also love the cinnamon rolls. We get one every time and always take it home..

I called Lulu's late Sat. Night about having a cinnamon roll shipped to Garland Tx. The woman who answered the phone told me the cost was $6.95 for the roll & $25.00 to ship total $31.95 & to call back Mon.- Wed.. The woman was rather rude. I called back on Mon. morning & ask if they could ship the roll in a USPS large flat rate box for $1495 & anouther woman told me they ship them in USPS MED. Box for $33.95 I said to her it just cost $11.95 to ship them then, she then told me that the price had gone up on the roll $100 sin... read more
