Lulu's Sweet Shoppe stems from my long, abiding desire to return to my roots, to recapture the passion, the art, and the purity of ingredients and deliciousness of authentic homemade baking done the old-fashioned way. Visited here for the first time one year ago, so it was only right my wife and I visited again while in Boston a few days ago. Truth is, on the way to Lulus Sweet Shoppe, we stopped to Mikes Pastry around the block first on Hanover, but the experience there in the span of 10-15 minutes was horrible!! This is my favorite store in the North End. The shop is so cute inside and I can't say enough about their gourmet cupcakes and homemade icecream. I HIGHLY recommend Lulu's.

Friendly & great experience. Highly recommend if you’re visiting the area it’s a must stop. The pastries were wonderful. Out of 5 shops, Lulu’s is #1 on my list. I live-streamed the whole taste testing of all 5. Couldn’t say anything but good things about Lulu’s.
Yummy chocolate flourless cookie!!
Scot and I stopped in for hot chocolate and something sweet. We were blown away by these cupcakes! The best cupcakes we’ve ever tasted. Sandy was a jewel to talk with! We went back the next day for more!! Thank you so much for what you do!!
Best North End spot when you’re craving a cupcake or cookie. Sandy is so sweet and genuinely cares about her business and her customers. I used to come when I lived in the north end for years and always make a point to stop back in when I’m in the neighborhood!
