Great clothes I wish I had the budget for...I love my lulu workout capris a lot...like a second skin
Yesterday I went into your store for the first time. Poor customer service skills from the minute I walked in, to the minute i pointed out the the mat was damaged. People spend money for these expensive products, and are expected to be in good shape. To the employee: if it takes maybe about 6 hours of your hard earned money to be able to afford a mat I am sure you would expect good customer service if you went to buy one for starters, and I undamaged merchandise. I had a GREAT experience today! I brought my 100lb American Bulldog and they were awesome with him. They were super helpful. I loved their gear.
love this store and the team members who make it what it is :) I am always greeted with a huge smile and enjoy every conversation with the team around product and local fitness classes. Their weekly yoga classes are always a great addition to my Sundays too -- this is what Lulu is about great product, great people and great community :)
