I went to their grand opening last Saturday. No one greeted me. No one asked if I needed help. So I left. It wasn't busy and I would rather drive to Santa Barbara to shop at their Lulu with amazing customer service and a huge store/selection than to be completely ignored, especially when you're spending that much money. Very disappointed �

So so adorable the way it was put together and decorated! Makes me want to live inside! So cozy and inviting! And dog friendly!
