About this business
Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

I really enjoy the Lululemon monthly runs. It is so fun to meet new people and run through SLO downtown first thing in the morning. The run leaders, like David Kline, always make them special �

My husband and tried to stay away from Lululemon for a couple years, because I couldn't imagine spending $100 on a pair of leggings, that I am going to sweat in. We finally got talked into it by a friend, and are now hooked (he thinks I'm little too hooked now :)) We own a Martial Arts & Fitness gym so we need workout clothes that are going to hold up to kickboxing, and these do! You definitely get what you pay for. Plus everyone is really helpful and makes you feel welcome!

I went in this morning for the Boxing Day specials and felt a little overwhelmed when I walked in (partially personal, and partially so many people in the store for a sale!). I was helped right away by a staff associate (I can't remember her name but she was petite and had light blonde hair in a French braid ponytail) who could not have been more helpful.
