Founded in Vancouver BC in 1998, the first lululemon shared its retail space with a yoga studio. We've been growing ever since, and our technical yoga and run clothes are now available in countries all over the world. We want to elevate the world from mediocrity to greatness. Our Mission Statement is to create components for people to live longer, healthier, fun lives. We make technical athletic apparel for yoga, dancing, and most other sweaty pursuits. All lululemon locations have strong ties to our local communities.

I highly do not recommend this location due to very poor customer service. Some friends and I needed to run into the store and were told by one of their male employees with short dark hair that there was a waiting list. We asked him if we could be added to the waiting list to but he said there was no need and that he would let us into the store in an hour. We did not mind waiting at all. I’m so over having an appointment to get in a store but at least get up to date like other lululemon stores where you can make an appointment online. Came by on way out of town and was told there was an 1hr 15 min wait because we were not on a list but there was no one waiting to get in.

Hey Dana, We apologize for your experience. All lululemon’s have the same procedures and we do not set up appointments. Everyone is asked to sign up when they come to the store. I would love to speak to you. Please message us and talk through what happened. We always want the guest leaving happy.

Purchased only two (2) items from this store totaling around 115.00 and somehow, someone at lululemon has managed to charge my debit card almost 1,000.00!! Store manager was not helpful in trying to resolve this matter, nor is there corporate office. This happened almost a month ago and I’m still dealing with this..
