DO NOT GO HERE. One of her Stylists Shana Grossman completely ruined my hair with her incorrect extension installment that resulted in BALD SPOTS. 0/10. They don't even have the correct insurance that they should have for their industry and refuse to take any responsibilty for their actions. I would stay away from here. See attached photos of bald spots and hair extension that completed came off my head creating the bald spots.
John Krebs is a hair styling maestro. But the two young girls in the front ruined the experience with their moronic wit.
Shana is a great stylist! Did exactly what I want, readily took suggestions, personable and very professional!
Such a comfy, relaxing, enjoyable experience! I will never go to another salon! I felt like one of the girls as I relaxed and was made beautiful! Thank you for saving my hair Shana!
