Rachel is amazing! She always does an incredible job on my nails, listens to what I’m asking for and I leave feeling incredible each time. I’d highly recommend lulu island for anyone looking for a new place to try- you won’t regret it!

Usually love this place but today was a total miss and I'm really disappointed. Took my sister who was visiting so I'm extra disappointed that this was her experience. I went in for a powder mani and gel pedi. For a $45.00 pedicure and taking an hour, I wasn't expecting messy cuticles and stray polish marks around my toes. After that, my $45.00 powder manicure was rushed. I left with a grainy, dull finish and a sliced pinky from the rushed filing. The best nail salon I have ever tried! Everyone is amazing. You never wait. I have been coming for 2 years and have never been disappointed.

Been going here for a while now and I’ve been so disappointed the last couple of times. I got this manicure on Saturday and so far three nails, the top coat peeled right off. All the nails are a different length. The man’s dandruff was falling onto my hands as he was doing the manicure. Products feel cheap lately. The man also laughed when I told him I wanted my nails short.
