They intentionally go slow so when the timer up they ask for 15 more minutes. Then you agree so they get almost done and timer goes off again. Once again they say 15 more minutes would be 90 you like? You're not done so you agree. Then the bill is obviously way more than anticipated and they're offended if you don't leave a big tip. They already increased the bill 50% and expected a big tip.
