Very, very, very poor service. First, we asked for front layers at a specific length, but they cut off a large amount of hair instead. The haircut itself was extremely poorly done, as if they were using a knife rather than scissors. The cut was uneven and unprofessional. They also turned the hair into only two layers instead of multiple layers, even though the hair is very thick and would have suited proper layering. Carleta cut too much of hair without asking. First time visiting as my hairstylist is on a vacation, so I offered to show a picture. However, she did not paid attention to my words nor the picture. Disappointing experience and months of suffering with this cut never visiting again.

I had a terrible experience at this salon. I clearly explained the haircut I wanted and also showed a reference photo on my phone, but my hair was cut unevenly, with random short and long sections, and the final result looked very messy and unprofessional. I also had a bad experience with my eyebrow tinting. My eyebrows were coloured three times; first they turned red, then extremely dark, and finally yellowish.
