I had a very disappointing experience at Lulu Cake Boutique. The cakes may look appealing, but the taste did not live up to the presentation. On top of that, the service was quite poor — the staff seemed disinterested and not very helpful. Definitely not worth the hype or the price.
For every bride looking for a beautiful wedding cake, excellent service, and great prices, I highly recommend ordering from Lulu! Their service was amazing, the cake was delicious, and it looked exactly how I envisioned it. I truly can’t thank them enough!
Not worth the price they charge. I ordered a cake from them and while it was aesthetically pleasing the flavors weren’t there.
I’m sure the 5 star reviews are all false. Very poor and unethical business practices. I would not recommend any customer to purchase goods from this bakery. I ordered a cake over the phone, specified exactly what I wanted and provided my card information. However, the shop owner didn’t inform me that I will be charged for my cake prior to pick it or informed me why she needed my card information.
