From my first interaction with Andy to the moment I took a bite of my cake at my wedding it couldn’t have been a more perfect experience!! I was excited to celebrate my anniversary and saw my wedding cake photos pop up in my memories. I ordered a wedding cake from Lulu's Bakery , showing them a photo of inspirational cake with specific instructions for red maple leaves instead of green. A birch tree design with realistic bark and carved initials. Instead, I received a cake with red crayon initials and red accents on a white cake. Brooklyn Blackoot for the win! This place is like the old Ebinger’s Brooklyn blackout - but maybe more highbrow ish as I remember - deep dark delicious and chocolatey! This cake is just as memorable as their coconut dream cake. Perfection.
Jay and the rest of the team provided the absolute best experience with their business. From communication to understanding, they made the task of cake shopping seamless and put my mind at ease. On top of that, you could not ask for a better, more delicious option when it comes to cakes in this city. 10/10 would recommend to anyone with an upcoming event or party.
We ordered the champagne and raspberries flavor- truly extraordinary! Last time we ordered the cake, we served it too cold - its so much better when serving at room temperature- in fact it tasted better after sitting on the counter overnight. Winnie was very helpful and the design also exceeded our expectations. Highly reccommend!
