I’ve worked here for 6 years and it’s genuinely the best job I’ve ever had. The employees are some of the most genuine and caring people I know, and really want you to have a good experience. Everybody cares, and does their best to not only give the customer a good experience, quality coffee but also work as a team and have each others back. Lulu beans is by far the best coffee shop in Minnesota! I’ve moved to a different city and frequently crave the luscious flavors of Lulu beans coffee and goodies. Crop tops or not, one of the things that makes Lulu beans truly special is the way it fosters self expression and acceptance for the Willmar community.

By far the best coffee shop I’ve been to. Beautiful atmosphere, great food/drinks, and the staff are awesome! To the people judging what the staff wear, lulu beans is all about the expression of the customers and the staff as well :)
