If you are considering moving here, take into account that pool is hardly ever open. Just received an email today 6/17, that the pool will open 6/26. Most pools in GA open mid May if not sooner. They, "Apologize", for the inconvenience. Why not wait until July 4th, or better yet, Labor Day? If they open it on Labor Day, they can close it immediately the next day. Just frustrating for the amount of $ spent on rent.
Where have you been whole year to do maintenance repair for the pool? Now it’s just summer pool time. And you guys close the pool for Maintenance and Repair? The shame on you guys. If there was an option for zero stars, I would select that. This place is a sorry excuse for what is advertised on the sign pulling in as “luxury apartments” the water fountain and the landscape lights on the sign aren’t functioning so that should tell you all you need to know. Not to mention the gates maybe work 10-20 days out of the year and that’s being generous. Living here has been my best apartment experience I’ve ever had. Nice and quiet as well as phenomenal amenities. The staff is also great, specially Stephen, he’s the absolute best…very helpful and kind. I’d recommend living here to anyone looking for a fantastic place to live in Evans. Great location.
