Would NOT recommend this apartment complex. My mom is an elderly woman, and when her air went out, they took over a month to fix it. We are still unsure as to if the fix will hold up. I had to buy her air conditioning units after she ended up in the hospital and they are refusing to pay. There is never a person to talk to when you have a problem. I had to call multiple times and never got a call back until my husband had to go to the office just to get anyone to take us seriously. It is horrible that places like this are so ... read more
Ac has not worked in over a month for more than a day at a time keep putting me off about fixing it won’t answer the phone at office I’ve had it carpet was matted and filthy when I moved in took video of the cleaning and showed the management when I first moved in they didn’t bat an eye also told them of issues on walk through no one ever came to fix so I did it myself
