The apartments are just as advertised. What you see in the pictures is what you will get. The maintenance team is quick to respond to any issues we have, but we haven’t had many issues to report at all in the year and a half we have lived here. The additional amenities that the complex offers are great. I use the gym frequently and the pool is always very inviting. The staff members are very friendly and always eager to assist us with any concerns we may have. I can’t recommend these apartments enough!
This place is really awesome, it has lot of spots for kids play outside and has also a indoor playground. The playroom is really cool to spend time with friends and pool is another incredible area. One of my favorite things to do here is definitely walk around the lake, which you can also fish if you want to. The apartments are exactly like the photos and we can enjoy the sunlight. The staff members are always very friendly and helpful.
Staff is friendly and willing to help when needed. Pool is very nice, just wish residents were allowed more guests at a time when using the pool. Mailroom could benefit from upgrades. VERY close to great restaurants and stores.
I have been living here for almost a year and it has been the best experience! The staff is always so friendly and the apartment itself and amenities make it even better!
I moved to Lullwater a couple weeks ago and I can’t say enough positive things about this community! From Brianna, the leasing agent, being extremely helpful to the apartment layout, this has been one of the best decisions that I have made! I could not be happier!
