The leasing office could be way more kind and professional in how they deal with people calling the office. I understand being ready to leave at the end of the day but if you close at 6 then answer the phones UNTIL 6, and stop not picking up the phone 15 minutes before closing especially when it’s someone calling about an emergency maintenance situation.
Staff was always helpful
Super disappointed in the overall vibe of lullwater as well as the fact that the leasing agent who gave me the tour was utterly not interested in giving the tour. She didn't offer any information about the property she didn't even show me the gym, pool or anything else. Only answered questions about what I had to ask. Really Disappointing as I was thinking this property would be great fit for my friend who was relocating here. After such a poor tour I advised my friend against renting there.
