Staff is friendly, welcoming, and super helpful . Very clean place!
Doc Hazelwood is great "country type doctor". He is not money hungry or in too much of a hurry. He takes time to listen to your concerns. He is very well educated. He knew exactly what was wrong when dozen doctors and specials at 2 biggest hospitals in Dallas did not. I can't thank him enough. My wife loves his work for her too.
