Worst place ever. Scheduled with them over a month ago. They cancel my appoinment saying i didnt confirm my appointment. due to their own negligence of not documenting my phone number correctly. I drive the hour to luling from cuero and sit here from 917am to 1045 am to have 1 xray and be told they would have to reschedule me with no help for my broken tooth that is in pain. Charged me $50 to breathe their air and sit in a chair. Dont come here if you need emergency help. They will not help you just take your money and state... read more

My husband had to have a tooth pulled and he said the doctor pried on his tooth so hard he almost slipped and fell. I asked the assistant about it she said nothing out of the ordinary happened yet six weeks later when he has to have another tooth pulled he still has pain from the first extraction which was on 3-19-2024 . The second extraction was 4-9-2024 and this morning (5-21-2024) a piece of tooth came out of the extraction site!! Yes they’re affordable but at what cost! Worst dental experience he’s ever had!!
Worst dental office ever! Made an appointment six weeks ago. Called their office which sent me to a call center to make my appointment. Discussed my insurance and the lady over the phone called Luling to confirm they took my insurance. She verified they do and made my appointment. Then yesterday a lady from the Luling office called a day before my appointment to let me know the clinic does take my insurance but not the doctor. WHAT!!!
