Fabulous shrimp boil, and the whiskey sour was superb. Great place to watch parades as all six at our table had great food and drinks and friendly service. If they keep up like this, they'll be packed all the time!
Skirt steak was great, fries okay, rabbit nit so much. Wait staff was excellent.
We enjoyed the atmosphere, the unique distillery & the southern hospitality. The food was delish! My favorite was the shrimp on a bed of fries atop a very tasty sweet & spicey sauce. We made a happy plate! The pork on a "sugar cane skewer" brought back fond child hood memories. We topped it with a praline-rum drizzled king cake! Yum!!!
Lulas is a fantastic new restaurant and distillery in New Orleans. The decor is inviting. The cocktails were spectacular. Even the limited beer menu had something great for all tastes. We had the shrimp appetizer and smoked pompano/avocado dip appetizers and both were fantastic (and the shrimp were huge). I had braised pork for dinner and it was very tender and flavorful. This is a great place and I'll be back on future trips to New Orleans
