Overall 60$ for a pedicure for the tech to not clean under my toenails was a waste of time and money . That was the main reason I went !! They were super nice and I liked the uniform of their technique but baby I could just went to the in and out shops $15 cheaper and they would have atleast done the minimum! If I just wanted a polish change I would’ve gotten that. One star for the shop being very cozy and diverse! Wouldn’t recommend or return

I can barely put my experience with Lula Nail Spa into words, but I’ll try. I had an appointment with Ming a few days ago and the experience was absolutely horrible. The worst part being her attitude and overall disposition. She came in 15 mins after my appointment time and offered no apology and her energy throughout my service was so off putting. For a year and a half, I have consistently chosen Lula Nails, and I am certain that I will not opt for another salon. Although I have only begun working with Karen, the staff's kindness has been unwavering. Ming's warm demeanor and attentiveness to my needs are particularly noteworthy, as is Karen's ability to listen and offer expert opinions when necessary.
