I was just casually browsing at the jewellery store, but ended up bringing home this delicate gold rose from Lukfook Jewellery. A special shoutout to Michelle at the Emporium store, she was incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the whole experience. She took the time to let me try on different pieces and carefully explained the craftsmanship and styles behind each design. What I loved most was what she said: “Buying gold is all about fate.” That really stayed with me. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
Honestly, the service at Luk Fook Emporium was pretty disappointing. The staff seemed completely unintereste, it felt very much like a 'buy it or don’t, we don’t really care' kind of attitude. There was no sense of welcome or willingness to help, even though the store wasn’t busy.
