I was just casually browsing at the jewellery store, but ended up bringing home this delicate gold rose from Lukfook Jewellery. A special shoutout to Michelle at the Emporium store, she was incredibly gentle, patient, and attentive throughout the whole experience. She took the time to let me try on different pieces and carefully explained the craftsmanship and styles behind each design. What I loved most was what she said: “Buying gold is all about fate.” That really stayed with me. I’ll definitely be coming back again!

Honestly, the service at Luk Fook Emporium was pretty disappointing. The staff seemed completely unintereste, it felt very much like a 'buy it or don’t, we don’t really care' kind of attitude. There was no sense of welcome or willingness to help, even though the store wasn’t busy.

前几天我先生在Chadstone的六福花了两千多刀给我买了条手链做礼物 因为是礼物的关系 当时就没把这个purchase放入会员积分 而且顾客名留的是我的名字 可能因为我先生是澳洲人 他们最后付款信息那里把他的名字打错了 但是Chedstone那边的Sales阿姨态度特别热情 给我试了好多 我们离店时就考虑一下买哪条比较好 最后我先生回去买了其中一条给我做礼物 结果我们下午6点（他们google主页说6点半关门）路过这家Emporium的六福门店 想把会员积分补录一下 这家店竟然拒绝给我们开门！！而且隔着门和我们讲话！他们店里灯火通明 有四五个店员坐在那边无所事事 店里还有一组客人在看东西 当时我只是觉得奇怪 但是想说金店为了安全早打烊也正常 所以我们确定了这家店第二天会准时开门以后就离开了 结果第二天我和我先生又来到这家店（这家店离我们住的酒店很近） 又是那群态度散漫的店员 和其中一个店员说明来意以后 她先是推三阻四说发票上的拼写错误改不了 又说会员录积分要找Chedstone那边？！我知道六福是全球连锁 生怕这个sales是个实习生 不了解这一点 还特别“明知故问”了一下 她这才不情不愿的去后面给Chedstone那边的门店打电话（其实我不... read more
