The store was almost empty, yet the sales assistant who served me showed very little interest in helping. I went to this shop today and had a very disappointing experience. One of the staff members with short hair had very poor manners and provided bad customer service. I initially intended to make a purchase, but due to this attitude, I decided not to buy anything. Because of this experience, I will definitely not be returning to this shop.
Today I had a very pleasant experience at 六福 （Lukfook) Jewelry Emporium Melbourne especially services provided by VICKY and Vice Manager HELEN LIM. They are very understanding, helpful and gave excellent customer service. I would have bought more products if I was not in hurry. Because of their services I will visit the store again.
