Wonderful customer service experience with Kitty today. Kitty was so patient with me while helping me find what I needed and went way above my expectations. When I tried to tip her for her assistance she politely refused. She told me that having a happy customer is her reward and she is always here to serve people. That kind of care is rare. Five stars
