rebuttal to poor review The review listed is not about Luke's Redmond Automotive. We have tried several times to have this removed. The repairs in question happened in 2007, We purchased the business in 2009.We have also tried on several occasions to contact Brad P. with no responce. Prompt, honest service at reasonable prices. Luke is straight up and will not work on your car if it is not worth the money. I have been bringing our families' vehicles here for the last 10 years.
I highly recommend this place! Luke is a man of integrity and is friendly, very kind, and helpful! He could have sold me a battery, but he said that the battery in my van really didn’t need replacing at this time. If I weren’t moving out of state, I’d go back to Luke’s for all of my vehicle repairs and maintenance!
Great and quick service. My whole experience at Luke's was amazing! Edit: I'm safely back home 2780.3 miles later and the trip went very smoothly with zero issues. Thanks again for ensuring that my car would get me all the way there!
