I was involved in a minor accident on Thursday of last week. And on Friday, I drove my car to Lukes to get an estimate and I was met by Loretta Matte. I like the fact that Luke's is a family owned and operated for 50 years and Loretta is a grandaughter of the original owner. She grew up learning the business. I check the reviews before I chose them. She took the time to tell me her story and the story of the company and did any estimate.
