Just a fast note to Thank Mark for his excellent customer service & patience helping me, picking a lawnmower suitable to me! His knowledge of products is outstanding! Luke’s is a hidden gem of a specialty store. So rare & so special these days! My lawnmower was all set up and Mark gave me a lesson on how to use it and some need to know info.Invaluable you don’t get this from a box store.I will definitely recommend to my family and neighbours for lawnmowers, snowblowers, and lotsa more outdoor equipment!
I have had good luck with these folks doing maintenance on and old snowblower. Just bought a new lawnmower from them and feel confident they will give me any needed support
A Little expensive but so are most smaller companies. But the service and knowledge is second to none. Thank you Mark for making a customer again feel like a customer
These specialty stores that have history in the city are so rare now. Located on luke road, which is literally a long narrow road that backs onto the pearson airport greenspace, also named after them. The guy that helped me was very personable, at only 20 mins to closing time. He set me straight. Hope to check them out for more Stihl products.
