We use Luke's for all our repair needs. They even preforms service on my wife's vintage 1957 Bel Air. Everyone connected with Lukes is courteous and professional. Brad does amazing work and he always takes time to explain what service your vehicle needs when you drop it off and also what work he did when you pick it up. The prices are always competitive and your vehicle is always ready when promised. We can't say enough good things about Lukes.
I have had two experiences in recent months with Luke’s Auto. In both my experiences, Brad explained to me what could be the problem. After checking took care of the problem. In fact, for one of them did not even charge. It’s total honesty about Brad that I very much appreciate. There is no trying to push and sell anything to someone like me who has no clue about the cars. Laura is just as pleasant. It’s my place to go for any of my car repairs. Appreciate the honesty and explanations!! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

you guys really saved me yesterday! winter tires installed on my vehicle as the Essex County November Snowpocageddon began. last minute request from a new customer and i'm so grateful. i credit you with getting me home with my daughter before everything out there turned to crap :) i'm so happy to have found this 3 generation, family-owned, husband and wife run business. will be using you for my future work and gladly recommend.
Brad is a superior mechanic and really nice guy! Laura is always pleasant and helpful. We have all our cars serviced here and are really happy with the work. Brad recently prepared our 2010 Honda CRV for a cross country drive to Texas and we had confidence and peace of mind that the car wouldn’t have any issues- and it didn’t! Thanks Brad!!!!
Luke’s is AMAZING! They are professional, efficient, kind and fair. We are thrilled to have found them and while we hope to never need an auto repair shop, we are truly thankful they are in our neighborhood. I can’t say enough good things about them!
I really appreciated Brad listening to me (despite my having no clue what I was talking about) and the video I recorded of the noise. He gave us many cost options and even explained what to look out for in the future. The thank you card Luke's sent afterwards was very sweet! We'll be coming back, hopefully not too soon :)
