Best customer service ever - they truly care about their customers!
Hottest day of the year and my outside unit isn’t working. Called them and left a message. 20 minutes later they called back and said they were on their way. Less than an hour after I discovered it wasn’t working, they had us back in business. This isn’t the first time we’ve used them and it definitely won’t be the last. They go above and beyond every time. We use them for regular service calls and emergency situations like today. A+ company with A+ people!
Jordan and his team were able to fix the problem quickly and professionally. They also set it up so that if the problem ever happens again, we have a long term strategy to handle it. I’ve tried others, but Luker Heat and Air is the best.
Thanks to Luker Heat and Air my AC is working. It has been out since Thursday and couldn't get 3 other companies to respond or show as promised. They showed up in just a couple of hours. Great service and would highly recommend! #Lukerheatandair.
