Tried and true slumlord experience. Units are dingy and not well maintained, company will cut corners anywhere possible to save money and yet they have no qualms with raising the rent every year without maintaining the properties. Almost every maintenance issue I’ve submitted is recurring, because their staff are hired hands that do quick fixes and not professionals that want to actually solve problems.
