I have been renting from them For Almost 5 months now, and they have been great. Every time I put in a maintenance request, they have been out the next day and extremely helpful. Highly recommend this group!
I had a wonderful move in process with both Kara and Kathy! Answered all of my questions, moved my family in quickly, and replaced the bedroom fan that didn’t work at move in the very next day. Maintenance is great and Kara and Kathy are a pleasure. Will always recommend their services!
I would give zero stars if I could. This management company is a sorry excuse for a business. They don’t give fair written notice ahead of time, leave their properties in disrepair and are terrible at communicating. When seeking a place to live, look elsewhere.
I have no idea what all the other negative reviews are about! I have been here two years now and love it. #TeamLukeman all the way. The response time for maintenance is incredible. Office staff is so super friendly and helpful. I look forward to using Lukeman when I decide the time for a home has come. Happy tenant here!
