Office staff are very helpful and friendly. Dr. Spangler takes his time with me and listens. His diagnostic skills have been on point. Just had blood taken in the lab and truly didn't even feel the blood draw.
I’ve seen Dr. Spangler several times now after moving to Rock Hill this past year and am very satisfied to have him as my PCP. He is very attentive to my health and provides excellent follow up. Novant has a new office complex which is a nice upgrade over their old office.
Dr. Spangler is now my PCP since Dr. Tuttle is now retired. Dr. Spangler listened to my concerns and I think he will be my PCP for many years to come.
