We engaged with Luke very early on in our decision to sell. From the get go he gave serious feedback and did a great job of setting market expectation. As we worked towards making repairs over the next six months (a whole other story), Luke was in continuous contact giving us recommendations and helping us make decisions all while resetting market expectation based on current conditions when and where appropriate.
