Dr Harmer was kind, empathetic, and compassionate. He also took the time to review my injuries with us, all the treatment options, as well as the pros and cons of each. I am so thankful that he is taking care of me.
The fact that he is a surgeon that wasn't ready to cut me on our next appointment. I like options. He listens to what I wanted. Without saying come see me when you are ready to fix it.
Dr. Harmer and his team( Erica, Rosa, radiology, and front desk) are professional, friendly, and efficient. Understanding my fear, they explained the surgical procedure and what to do during my recovery. At each followup, I felt like they were concern about my progress, and not like another appointment on the calendar. I asked alot of questions and sent several messages, and each question was answered promptly. I am grateful that Dr. Harmer responded when I came to the emergency.
The office staff is so caring considerate and gentle. Dr Harmer MD did a great job on my surgery.
