Great doctor, great staff
All the staff are Very professional and pleasant. I felt comfortable and relaxed. Dr Bianco is an excellent doctor. He reattached my torn retina 9 years ago and I haven’t had any issues since. I 100% recommend him to anyone who is in need of an eye specialist.
They put a lot of emphasis on no show and what they will charge you and if 3 times no show they kick you to curb. I received at least 5 reminders phone, text, email and voicemail, but my appointment time has past more than 30 minutes and still waiting, the rules are one way. I think the Doc is great been coming here 4 years staff a little iffy. I credit the Doc for being able to see out of right eye.
