I have been a client since Kevin days and in last four years service and mistakes almost every year on my returns. Never called back for months when I needed help. Multiple errors that have cost me thousands and no accountability or apology. I asked to speak to owner/manager on a few occasions and he has never replied or taken an interest in the errors or service level which in business is a big mistake.I had to ask for 3 reviews of my return this year and then had CRA contact me with money owing due to basic entry errors. I have had a great experience with Luke and the whole LP TAX team for years now! They are quick and efficient and always willing to answer all questions we have. Luke is organized and always very efficient. Would highly recommend. Keep up the great work Luke!
Unacceptable service. Took them 1.5 months to do my deceased fathers taxes which were already organized by him before he passed and just needed to be filed. They Didn’t even look at his paperwork after 1.5 months now there is a penalty. Had I gone to someone else originally I wouldn’t have wasted my time here. Go somewhere else who actually cares !!!!
