I met with Dr. McCoy for the first time yesterday. He was kind and he took my concerns very seriously. In fact, he spent an hour going over my symptoms. I've had some really good doctors, but I've never had a physician take so much time to address my symptoms. He also respected my name and pronouns without prompting! I have confidence that he will be able to help with my complex medical concerns. The staff that I interacted with were friendly and professional, and the wait time was negligible. 10/10
