The entire staff was unprofessional and rude. Appointments never started on time. Ppl talked openly about using luke because she hands out narcotics for good reviews. Drove by the place and it's a law firm now. I checked their website and they've been shut down since 2019. Sounds like from my research, she has prior convictions for forging prescriptions. Do not trust any positive reviews esp posted after 2019

Laura Luke is an excellent NP. She is a dedicated professional who is thorough, patient, compassionate, as well as one of the best medical providers I have seen in my sixty-eight years. The only problem I have is that she's no longer with the New Hartford practice. I highly recommend her, and hope she is still practicing in my area.

I haven't seen many providers willing to entertain intelligent conversations quite like Laura does. She is very knowledgeable in her craft and personable. I have enjoyed my visits with her and the feeling of going there is somehow less clinical than other places. It's a comfortable environment.

The staff at Laura's office and Laura's care far exceed any available in the area that I have been received. Compassionate people are what we value in this family.

I have seen Laura for years. She has sat with me when I cried and she has always asked and remembered about what is going on in my life. She has always given me great care. If you had to wait......what if you fell,passed out, had a cyst that ended up taking a long time to remove, had a death in the family recently ? Would you want to be rushed? I went to see this provider for a skin condition I have had on and off in the summer for years. She knew what it was, prescribed the treatment and it went away. I will be back when I get it again. Thanks!

My husband sees New Hartford Medical every 2 months for medication that he is on that requires blood work. I also see them for skin checks when needed. We are always treated with respect, he has been totally clear since starting treatment and we very much enjoy our appointments with Laura. She is a highly intelligent person and lovely as well.

They were able to work around my college schedule to treat my acne. Laura understood that it was something that I really wanted to get under control and not wait on and was very accommodating in helping to get me the blood I needed done and getting me in for exams when I was off from class. Lisa was also very helpful!
