I contracted last Spring to have this company do several jobs. Two of the six were not satisfactory. They refused to repair any of the work without me paying more money. I made a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and when this agency sent two notices, this company ignored them. I will now file a Small Claims case against them. At least the BBB has dinged their business and I hope this will warn future customers to seek someone else for their landscaping needs.

Unfortunately, Luke landscaping services done on our new build was not worth what we paid for. A new landscaping company came to redo the entire landscaping of our home in just a months time. The mulch beds were not elevated enough to the house, the plants were a merely 6 inches away from the side of the house, a tree next to the street was completely dead because it was planted too deep. While plowing out my next door neighbor on 2-9-18 my wife asked if they could do our drive as well. I threw out my back earlier in the week and didn't want to snow blow. After consulting with the GM they quoted a price of $100. Stated there was more than 6 inches of snow and it was an emergency service. Gouging in my opinion, which clearly states to character. A ten minute service next door to where they were I would have gladly paid $50 but $100. Do not recommend this company and will speak to my neighbor as well.
One of your trucks nearly caused a multi-car accident Tuesday just before 8:30 a.m. when it barreled alongside of me, onto Saginaw off of Haslett Road (where the left-hand lane blends in) traveling west and then immediately darted through two close vehicles into the right lane of Saginaw.
