I can see why this office rating is so low at this office, completely disrespectful. I don't know the lady who answered the phone, but she hung up on me and rejected my attempts to call back. The wait time is very long. The receptionist is a little short but she's really a nice person when she isn't very busy. The doctor is very slow but seems to listen well and answer questions. I didn't like him at first but he's grown on me.
Do not use this doctor. Been a patient for over 2 years and the minimum amount of office time was a little over an hour. Longest was going on being there 5. I was fine with that. I got tests/scans I needed to get rid a problem my previous doctor ignored and wouldn't do anything about. Last few appointments have made baring any of this not worth it. I went in for an on going pain. My sister thought it could be appendix issues because of weird problems my family has had with them.
He's a really nice doctor, but to wait 2 hours to see him when there was an appt made is ridiculous. I've waited over 2 hours and 30 mins and this is not the first time. I do not recommended at all.
So I called to make an initial appointment the staff was rude put me on hold for 15 minutes. I would hang up and call again and they would.pick up the phone and put me on hold once more.. thank you you did me a favor if your customer service is this bad when trying to make an initial appointment I can't imagine what horrible experience I am.getting myself out of I will be changing from this doctor quickly...my
The level of incompetence displayed by this man is to no ones benefit. Please stay away from this physician! He orders to frequent blood work and blames well known and studied conditions on things that bear no weight on them. My type 1 diabetes for example he said was weight related, it is not. He told me to cut my food consumption. I eat 1-2 a day very low carb. Value your health and walk away!
He is very kind, professional and has excellent bedside manners. He is very patient and takes time to answer questions. Waiting time in the office is long but when I needed sooner appointment they usually could help me with that. I didn't have any problem with the staff or the doctor and actually all my needs were met. I was his patient for years but I had to change my doctor one year ago because my insurance changed. I wish I could still continue seeing this doctor.
