If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This entire place can’t seem to get their shit together. I’ve had to reschedule this same appointment 5 times because he’s either “not going to be in” or “we need to change it to Amanda Vance”. Two times in a row, appointment was canceled while already on the way up to Springfield! My son has missed more school because of just these reschedules than he has being sick! Dr. Smith is very professional and caring. He was outstanding in the surgery with my husband. He is a very talented doctor.
