I am a 59 yrs old. I have Severe Spinal Stinoses, Fibromyalgia, Sciotica, and Arthritis. My hands are always numb and I can barely walk. My last MRI showed, I needed surgery. Met with the NP and had a scheduled apt. In June 2026 to meet Dr. Smith. His office called me 2 days before my apt. and moved it to August because they had an emergency on the day I was supposed to meet Dr. Smith. They moved it to six weeks out. He just damage me at all saying I can't travel. He didn't even see me or else he looks so young I wouldn't trust my life with this doctor. I told carrum coordinatior I want to change other facility not with this Dr if I can call doctor this individual
UPDATE:: just was called yet again on 3/27 to reschedule the appt AGAIN!!! HOW DO WE NOT MAKE OUR PATIENTS A PRIORITY AT THIS LOCATION?! If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This entire place can’t seem to get their shit together. I’ve had to reschedule this same appointment 5 times because he’s either “not going to be in” or “we need to change it to Amanda Vance”. Two times in a row, appointment was canceled while already on the way up to Springfield! My son has missed more school because of just these reschedules... read more
If I could give zero stars I absolutely would. This entire place can’t seem to get their shit together. I’ve had to reschedule this same appointment 5 times because he’s either “not going to be in” or “we need to change it to Amanda Vance”.
