Not sure why people are complaining about after-care. Dr. Arnholt was very responsive to any questions, gave me a follow up call and even responded to text messages over the weekend. I am extremely happy with the results from my surgery. He has great bedside manner and is a very skilled surgeon. The administrative staff (medical assistants are great) are not the best communicators, but I'll take a good surgeon over inexperienced administrative staff. Not concerned with aftercare. Wound up in the ER three nights in a row after tonsillectomy and they gave us the run around about coming into the office. And now I am waiting on the ER results of an infection. And his branch of the office knew that I was in extreme pain, coughing up blood and tissue-and did nothing to help.
Poor aftercare....suffered in moderate to severe pain for an entire weekend due to staff not remembering to call in pain meds on Friday.
