I had a disappointing experience with Luke as a mortgage broker. Rather than being professional or helpful about my low credit score, he mocked it, which was unnecessary and discouraging. People seek mortgage brokers for support and expertise, not judgment. I would not recommend working with him if you value respect and professionalism.
