My wife and I have gone through initial mortgage process and now refinance process with Luke and his team at Cross Country. The entire team is fantastic to work with, have made the process incredibly smooth and have provided extremely competitive rates. I would recommend to anyone.
I originally started my home buying process with a national lender. They were shocked (shocked!) that Pittsburgh basements were damp, and the deal fell through 2 weeks before closing. Luke Andreen & team swooped in, gave me a better deal, charged lower fees, and helped me close on a very tight timeline. Cannot recommend enough. Sorry for not going with you originally! Lesson learned.
