Home buying can suck. Especially as a first timer... in Lexington. It's a unique market (by unique I mean rough for someone entering the game). Zillow alone won't help you navigate all the pre-flip deals, post-flip overpricers, wannabe airBnBs, psuedo-gentrified semi-manufactured homes, weird house/nice neighborhood, nice house/weird neighborhood, etc. That's where Lukas comes in.
