Our experience was mixed as initially the process was good, Haitham arrived during the time window he said he would and conducted the cleaning and eventually left. However once the sofas were dry, it was evident there were areas that remained dirty as we could easily see and feel dirt remaining in the crevices in addition to dirty areas on the arms of the sofa lining. He has done a free job. The carpet and tiles are significantly cleaner after the cleaning job was done.
This was the first time I have used Luka Chem Dry. I was very impressed with their hard work and extremely impressed in how clean everything was after their visit. I would highly recommend them.
