I inquired about T Shirts for a family vacation. Shanna did call me back, however was very dismissive when I had some questions regarding how to handle the pictures for the shirts. As I started asking questions, she started talking to another customer and blew off the question I had. When I asked her again she said, ok thank you goodbye!
