We were really impressed with the professional, friendly, and superb service provided by Derek and Vicky. They patiently and resourcefully helped us select 2 beautiful necklaces and a pendant, guiding us with great tips along the way. All the other staff were also very personable and welcoming. It is great to see such an outstanding team.
