Agree with the rest of the reviews, very unprofessional. First the appointment are months away and then the office cancelled the appointment without informing us because she was on PTO, not even an emergency. And top of that they still want to put us in the regular queue and not prioritize the next appointment, apparently we are on a waitlist. So now the next appointment is in June, hoping that will happen.
Love NP Karen Tinder, but Dr Duran was 1:15mins late to my moms appt. She walked in with no, “sorry”, “thank you for waiting”, etc. When I asked her about hormone therapy for my mom, apparently she doesn’t do that?? Interesting as she’s an Endocrinologist!?! Not impressed…
One of the receptionists is very rude and incompetent. I was scheduled for a zoom appointment for my first appointment. She called me while I was in the virtual waiting room and said they only do in person for first appointments. Doctor refused to see me virtually - as if I could appear in her office on time by that point. Horrible communication and lack of common sense.
Dr Duran is the best doctor. I am blessed to have her as my Doctor she is awesome!
They cancel my daughter's appointment twice, after that they said they didn't get a referral (that WAS sent) and (another time) that the doctor had to approve the referral before making a new appointment and that they would call us back which they never did. We called back and were told again that they didn't have a referral. We never got to see Dr. Duran but the staff was really not helpful and at time rude.
