I had an appointment at 2:30 And I arrived at 2:15, the wait was over an hour long not being seen till 3:45. Although doctor Luis was quick to diagnose he was patronizing, telling me I didn't need to be able to lung or extend my knee without pain or complications. I had been able to my whole life until 4 years in the arm forces. This was so insulting. The staff never apologized or explained the long wait.
