Muy decepcionada de este Dr Urrea y su equipo de trabajo , muy obvio su molestia cuando le dije k yo no quería que me viera la asistente cuando yo había esperado más de dos meses para k me viera el Dr y no una asistente. Cuando hablamos el Dr urrea me dijo k solo tenía dos opciones, cirugía o infiltración yo le dije k no quería ninguna de las dos y me dijo entonces a k vienes yo no soy Dios o no vengas a verme , le dije no se preocupe sé que no eres Dios pero me podrias mandar a fisioterapia o darme anti-inflamatorios orales... read more
Very bad service the receptionist very rude don't know where to send you, horrible experience never again
Dr. Urrea did my labral repair and did a great job at that. My shoulder hasn’t felt this good in years thanks to him and his team of Physical Therapists. He excels in his area of expertise. Him and his team did an exceptional job in getting me back to full health.
Post surgery was still in pain but he said everything was good to go. Now struggling everyday to walk. As a disabled veteran go to a different one. Money over patient care. The PA signed temporary handicap placard but than she declined to give me a prescription for it. I guess this is how the clinic treats veterans especially disabled ones.
