Office staff seem to be incompetent. I Had an Apt via referral set a month prior to the visit. I filled out all the paper work ins info etc. they called and confirmed my apt and Insurance yesterday and today the day of my Apt I get there and the ins.info isn't in their online system or some such nonsense. I told them I had confirmed the day before and was told they must not have checked everything. There was also a note on the window stating you wont actually see Dr Ramos but rather a PA and that Dr. Ramos only saw patients ... read more
