Excellent Doctor.
Asking patient to come in 15 minutes early, but there's no update from your staff about why the patient is waiting for almost an hour to see you is thoughtless and unprofessional. No concern for other people's time. This is not the first time this has happened, so I shouldn't be surprised.
Great doctor who helped me quit smoking after 50 years.
